Nutty Banana & Fig Scone

This is a no egg, no butter recipe, and a great way to use up whatever that's sit in your pantry :)

To make 8-10 regular size scone,you need:

flour 2 1/2 c

suger 1/4 c

salt 1 teaspoon 

baking pd 2 tsp 

heavy cream 1 c

milk 1/2 c

ripped banana 1 pc

crushed mix nuts 1/2 c

chopped dry figs 1/2 c

1 egg yolk for egg wash

baking temp:220c for 25-30min
